To manage who can send invitations and how people can join your team:
Different types of accounts have different settings available:
Unaccepted invites to join your Dropbox team account are called pending invites. You’ll receive an email when the member accepts your invitation, but you can add pending members to shared folders and groups even if they haven’t accepted.
You can resend invitations to pending members to remind them to join your team. You can also cancel invitations that haven't been accepted.
To resend an invitation to a pending member:
Note: If it says Invalid next to a user’s name, it means that their email address may have changed since you sent the invitation. Send the invitation to their new email address instead.
