Why can’t I preview my file?
If you can’t preview a file, Dropbox may be unable to support your file type, or it might be too big to be previewed. Check the lists in this article for size limits and file types that Dropbox supports.
Encrypted files cannot be previewed directly within Dropbox. If you try, the message "Can't preview encrypted file" will appear. To view the content, download the file.
